2013年12月17日、TOKYO DOME CITY HALLで開催された「第3回 AKB48 紅白対抗歌合戦」がDVD、Blu-rayで4月9日に発売されることが決定！
発売に先駆けて、ダイジェスト映像をお届けします！！

本公演はAKB48グループのメンバーが紅白の2組にわかれ、”歌で戦い、歌で繋がる”第3回目を迎えた年末恒例のイベントとなり、普段のコンサートでは決して見ることのできない対決やユニット、コラボレーションが目白押し。
さらにニューヨーク・ヤンキースへの移籍が決定した田中将大が始球式を行うなど、豪華な審査員・ゲストを迎え、まさに1年を締めくくる”夢の祭典”にふさわしいパフォーマンスとなっている。
